What you'll do

• Coordinate dietary services with related departments
• assist with dietary assessments and resident care plans
• ensure staff use care plans in daily service
• review and revise assessments and plans at least quarterly
• provide substitute foods of similar nutritive value
• process diet changes
• inspect food storage and utility areas
• support equipment sanitation and maintenance.
