What you'll do

• Assess, stage, measure, treat, and monitor acute and chronic wounds
• provide ordered wound care and medications
• perform debridement within scope and orders
• provide negative pressure wound therapy when trained and authorized
• monitor for complications
• educate patients and caregivers
• collaborate with clinicians
• and complete electronic documentation. Travel throughout assigned service areas is required.
