Job overview
The Ramp & Customer Service Agent is an onsite role based in Belgrade, MT. The starting wage is $21.72 per hour. This role supports the airport operations team in providing guest services and ramp functions. This role exists to ensure a seamless guest experience from curb to cabin. The agent performs both customer-facing duties, such as ticketing and boarding, and below-wing ramp duties, including baggage handling and aircraft marshaling, to maintain safe and efficient flight operations.
What you'll do
- Assist guests with travel needs including ticketing and boarding.
- Perform ramp functions such as baggage loading and aircraft marshaling.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Perform aircraft grooming and security searches.
- Process and secure guest luggage.
- Assist with gate duties and announcements.
- Maintain safety and performance standards.
