Hospital Security Officer — Part-Time, Evening/Night Availability

What you'll do

• Monitor hospital premises for crime, disorder, hazards, and unusual activity
• patrol and check for unsafe conditions and unauthorized individuals
• de-escalate situations
• inspect security and fire-control equipment
• screen visitors and employees
• respond to emergencies
• and provide customer service. Patient escort, patient watch, safety escort, and assistance transporting deceased patients to the morgue may be included. The officer may be required to assist nursing staff with patient restraints
• training is provided.
