What you'll do

• Oversee cancer service operations and performance
• coordinate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, ancillary departments, and organizational leaders
• strengthen relationships with providers and referral partners
• identify opportunities to improve access, services, workflows, and patient experience
• lead program planning, quality improvement, regulatory and accreditation readiness, resource management, and service growth.
