Loan Operations Servicing Specialist

The Loan Operations Servicing Specialist is an onsite role in Finlayson, MN. Compensation is $18–$24 per hour. The position supports Northview Bank’s centralized loan servicing team at its Finlayson office. The specialist completes loan servicing and documentation tasks that help maintain accurate loan files and records. The work supports mortgage and vehicle collateral documentation, portfolio and secondary-market loan processing, and ongoing loan maintenance.

What you'll do

• Use the computer tickler system to track insurance, recorded mortgages, title policies, and lien cards
• file real estate mortgages and extensions
• follow up with customers for vehicle lien cards
• prepare and send mortgage satisfactions and partial releases
• send paid notes and purge paid loan files
• index, board, and check back portfolio and secondary-market loans
• service the Fannie Mae portfolio according to requirements
• perform requested loan maintenance
• obtain required loan-file information and maintain complete documentation.
