Customer Service Administrator — Bilingual English/Spanish

What you'll do

• Gather information and learn to prepare customer quotes
• assist with data entry, job scheduling, and parts arrival follow-up
• assist with supplier and vendor purchase orders
• contact service partners for paperwork
• qualify work orders at store-manager level
• communicate with customers and subcontractors
• support special projects as needed.
