What you'll do

• Manage daily operations of the designated after-school site
• plan, coordinate, implement, supervise, and evaluate programs
• recruit, retain, train, and guide part-time staff
• manage 21st Century Community Learning Centers programming and grant requirements when applicable
• coordinate with school personnel, families, community partners, and agency staff
• maintain attendance, membership, and program records
• support a safe and positive environment for youth.
