The role supports member satisfaction through friendly service, accurate front-desk operations, and facility upkeep.

What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• respond to questions and concerns
• assist with account and billing inquiries
• explain memberships and amenities
• support tours and sign-ups
• process memberships, cancellations, and payments
• answer phones
• follow opening and closing procedures
• clean and organize the club and replenish supplies.
