The Assistant Teacher works onsite in Lake Mills, WI, with multiple shifts available. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. St. Paul Lutheran Early Learning Center provides play-based Christian childcare and supports children’s development. The assistant teacher helps care for and educate children in the classroom, supports developmentally appropriate learning, and communicates with families and colleagues to meet children’s needs.

• Educate and care for children in the classroom

• attend staff and faculty meetings
• work with childcare and preschool staff to meet family and student needs
• complete annual professional development requirements.
