Senior Account Manager

What you'll do

• Identify and close new software and services opportunities.
• Create and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage all engagements with assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales forecast reporting in Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide client feedback and market insights to internal product and support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Applications Scientists and Solution Architects.
