Senior Finance Manager, Building Insulation Materials

What you'll do

• Own P&L and balance sheet responsibilities
• oversee sales incentive compensation and customer rebate programs
• lead gross-to-net revenue accounting and analysis
• drive financial forecasting, planning, and reporting
• improve commercial and operational controllership
• support Product Management with financial analysis
• standardize plant productivity tracking, cost accounting, budgeting, and product costing
• partner with SIOP
• develop financial models and capital investment analyses
• maintain SOX compliance and internal controls
• define and track performance metrics.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 12 years of progressive financial management experience, including five years in financial leadership. Moderate travel of 11–29 days per year; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
