What you'll do

• Supervise and support cleaners
• assign daily tasks and inspect work
• assist with cleaning exterior and common areas, restrooms, parking areas, stairs, elevators, and compactor areas
• ensure safe use of equipment and supplies
• respond to cleaning requests, spills, and garbage
• assist with onboarding
• monitor attendance and performance
• communicate site issues to management
• follow health and safety procedures
• assist with cleaning duties.
