Vice President of Product Support

The Vice President of Product Support role is an onsite, full-time position in Kent, WA. Pay is $165,000–$225,000 per year, plus bonus. What you'll do

• Lead aftermarket parts, service, warranty, technical support, and rebuild operations
• develop strategies for absorption, profitability, and recurring revenue
• oversee shop and field service operations
• manage parts inventory, fill rates, pricing, and obsolescence
• establish operating procedures and performance metrics
• partner with sales, finance, and used equipment teams
• manage OEM and vendor relationships
• lead customer uptime initiatives and escalated service issues
• develop leadership teams
• manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.
