Kids Fitness Coach

Job overview

The Kids Fitness Coach role is onsite in Monroe, WA. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. KidStrong’s training centers use a parent-focused curriculum for brain, physical, and character development for children from crawling through age 11. The coach leads engaging classes that help children build physical, brain, and character skills. The role supports children’s confidence, independence, teamwork, and resilience while creating a safe, welcoming experience and communicating with families about progress.

What you'll do

• Lead KidStrong classes focused on children’s physical, brain, and character skills
• motivate children and support confidence, independence, teamwork, and resilience
• adapt coaching techniques to different ages, abilities, and learning styles
• communicate with parents about progress and milestones
• collaborate with coaches and leadership
• assist with equipment setup, cleaning, organization, and daily center operations.

Why this role

CPR certification is required. The listing gives weekday morning availability of 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and/or evening availability of 3:30–7:30 p.m., plus weekend availability of 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Additional coaching hours at birthday parties and center events may be available.
