CNC Machinist

Job overview

The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Blue Ash, OH. Pay is $40–$45 per hour. The position supports machining, engineering, prototype, and production activities. The machinist sets up and operates CNC equipment and works closely with engineering to solve machining and manufacturing problems. The role contributes to prototype development, production work, and process improvements through accurate setups, troubleshooting, and adjustments.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC equipment
• zero machines, establish part locations, select tooling, and adjust offsets
• read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• determine tooling, fixtures, and machining sequences
• troubleshoot machining and process issues
• support prototype, development, and production machining
• make machine and process adjustments
• assist with process improvements and manufacturing-development activities
• work from G-code and CNC programs as needed.

Why this role

Three-axis machining experience is required; four-axis experience is a plus. CNC lathe experience is preferred, and strong mill experience will also be considered.
