What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold food items
• perform basic cooking and prep tasks
• wash, peel, cut, and portion ingredients
• prepare menu components, stocks, sauces, and garnishes
• maintain clean workstations
• date, label, and rotate food
• follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines
• assist with mise en place and buffet setup, breakdown, and restocking.
