Customer Advocate, Accounts Receivable is a hybrid role in Tampa, FL, with 60 days of full-time in-office training followed by three remote days and two office days weekly, subject to business needs. The role supports customers and internal teams by handling accounts receivable questions, researching invoice and credit issues, processing orders, and resolving service requests. It helps maintain accurate account records and timely customer communication across the division and National Call Center.

What you'll do

• Assist division customers with accounts receivable, order processing, and customer service
• respond to phone calls and emails
• research open invoices, short pays, open credits, and missing invoices
• follow up on collections using established guidelines
• coordinate paperwork with customers, Salesforce, and National Call Center Accounts Receivable
• communicate with sales teams and National Call Center employees
• provide invoice copies and requested information
• process customer orders and answer order inquiries
• stay current on state alcoholic beverage and listing laws.
