What you'll do

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved channels
• conduct car-buying appointments
• explain the service and guide customers through the purchasing process
• inspect and test-drive vehicles
• negotiate offers and complete purchase transactions
• maintain customer records and follow-up activities
• meet sales and activity goals
• help maintain a clean and professional branch.
