Curriculum Developer

The Curriculum Developer role is onsite in Camp Lejeune, NC, with compensation of $31 per hour. The position supports training and education work for a U.S. Government client, including analysis related to force sustainment and training integration. The role develops and revises instructional programs and materials to meet course objectives and applicable Marine Corps orders. It also contributes research, recommendations, curriculum reviews, and instructional-design expertise to help improve training and support the survivability of the conventional force.

What you'll do

• Develop or modify programs of instruction in accordance with applicable Marine Corps orders
• research and analyze instructional materials and methods
• recommend curriculum improvements
• develop master lesson files, presentations, handouts, study guides, visual aids, simulations, and course outlines
• participate in curriculum review boards
• provide instructional-design expertise and quarterly instruction on curriculum development and techniques.
