What you'll do

• Own the ERP platform, architecture, and roadmap from the ground up
• connect finance, inventory, procurement, fulfillment, client platforms, and banking. Develop order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows, inventory and supply-chain capabilities, metrics and reporting, and financial controls and compliance, including HIPAA rigor where inventory touches patient data. Partner with engineering and drive adoption across teams.
