Medical Director, Clinical Quality

Job overview

The Medical Director, Clinical Quality role requires regular in-person work at a designated Tia clinic in the New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles market; the primary clinic is determined based on the candidate’s location and Tia’s needs. Compensation is $250,000–$300,000 per year. Tia integrates women’s primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across in-person and virtual settings. The role combines direct patient care, approximately half the time, with leadership of clinical quality. It uses clinical data and evidence to improve care delivery, strengthen standards across markets and teams, and inform the evolution of Tia’s care model.

What you'll do

• Lead and evolve the clinical quality program across markets, service lines, and care teams
• review quality data and identify improvement opportunities
• translate findings into improvement plans, workflows, and provider education
• maintain clinical policies, protocols, care pathways, and SOPs
• partner with operations, analytics, learning and development, and clinical advisors
• provide direct patient care approximately 50% of the time.
