Jewelry Sales Associate

The Jewelry Sales Associate works onsite in Bay Village, OH, for $20–$35 per hour. Vivid Jewelers’ team includes expert sales associates and skilled jewelers. The role helps customers choose jewelry and supports sales through transaction processing, inventory procedures, jewelry presentation, and minor repairs and cleaning. Associates also assist with jewelry design and explain repair or design instructions and cost estimates.

What you'll do

• Process sales transactions and follow cash register and inventory procedures
• present jewelry and guide customers in selecting pieces
• assist with jewelry design and explain materials, pricing, and care
• conduct minor repairs and cleaning
• communicate repair and design instructions and cost estimates
• follow safety protocols.
