The Store Manager - Alexandria is an onsite role based in Alexandria, LA. Compensation is $14.00 per hour plus commission. This role supports the retail team at Victra - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. This role exists to shape the guest experience and drive store performance. The manager leads the team, coaches sales consultants, and ensures operational excellence to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll do

• Driving personal sales by following our EGET sales process
• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions
• Taking directions from District Manager on day-to-day operations
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams
• Providing your team with training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Identifying any selling skill gaps, then building and implementing development plans
• Running store operations – analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, meeting compliance
• Monitoring inventory by restocking shelves, maintaining device security, and managing the cleanliness of the store
• Leading store merchandising and planogram compliance
• Completing store opening and closing activities
• Collective responsibility on attaining store targets.
