What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures, allocate time based on physicians’ historical operating-room slots, coordinate equipment and supplies, resolve scheduling conflicts with the OR Clinical Coordinator, obtain missing patient and procedure information, and collaborate to improve scheduling workflows.
• Coordinate care team members and pre-operative testing, and keep patients informed about schedule changes and appointments.
• Recent Epic experience within the last three years, procedure prior authorization experience, and strong procedure scheduling knowledge are required.
