What you'll do

• Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems
• support Bentley products and integrations across cloud services, databases, networks, and connected technologies
• collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams
• provide technical training, documentation, Tech Talks, and mentoring
• contribute product feedback and support-process improvements
• meet service commitments and maintain customer satisfaction
• analyze diagnostic data including logs, packet captures, and HAR files
• communicate technical recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. The role does not require travel.
