What you'll do
- Manage and improve quality processes, procedures, and documentation
- coordinate transparent investigation, containment, and resolution of quality events with headquarters and subsidiaries
- standardize quality processes and KPI reporting
- develop a quality management system with the global quality team
- lead root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
- track and report quality metrics
- plan internal audits and support customer, supplier, and third-party audits
- maintain incoming inspection criteria
- monitor supplier performance
- lead cross-functional improvement projects and support quality-related ERP enhancements.
