The Certified Packaging Team Member / Machine Operator — Second Shift role is onsite in Buckner, KY. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Pay is $24.02 per hour plus shift differential. The role supports Winland Foods’ packaging operation and its work delivering food products to consumers. The role operates and maintains packaging equipment, checks product quality, and follows food safety and sanitation requirements. Accurate production and inventory records, equipment changeovers, and teamwork help keep packaging lines safe and productive.

What you'll do

• Operate packaging machinery, including depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, fillers, case packers, and box machines
• complete changeovers and routine checks
• perform inspections and preventive maintenance
• inspect labeling, alignment, and packaging
• pack and palletize products
• manage materials and record inventory and shipments in SAP
• follow FIFO methods and food safety standards
• maintain sanitation and documentation
• complete production paperwork and participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and at least one year of work experience are required. Forklift certification is preferred, with willingness to obtain certification; it is required for Advanced Level. The posting says overtime or weekends may be needed.
