What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs, estimates, cost analyses, bid reviews, and project documents
• develop estimates and use centralized pricing models
• follow up with potential clients
• schedule and manage labor, equipment, and materials
• develop and track project schedules
• coordinate with team members and technicians
• evaluate progress and prepare reports
• ensure health and safety compliance
• process client invoices
• generate leads and new customers
• support compliance with company policies and procedures.
