What you'll do

  • Apply granular and liquid fertilizer and weed-control products according to label specifications
  • calibrate and operate spreaders and sprayers
  • mix applications using approved rates and mix sheets
  • follow route assignments
  • read property maps and service history
  • identify turf conditions and weeds
  • leave service notes
  • communicate findings and upsell opportunities when appropriate
  • maintain and stock trucks
  • load and unload products
  • inspect equipment and report issues
  • follow pesticide, PPE, vehicle, and DOT requirements.
