What you'll do

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff
• oversee mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• develop preventive maintenance programs using CMMS
• oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of PLCs, schematics, high- and low-voltage systems, and automation equipment
• manage facilities systems and infrastructure
• coordinate upgrades and installations with project teams
• conduct inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics
• maintain maintenance, asset, and safety records in CMMS
• promote safety procedures and operational best practices.
