What you'll do

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls
• diagnose and resolve customer problems
• service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical, and duct systems
• inspect equipment to identify potential problems
• perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, system startup and balancing, and indoor air quality system installation as needed
• explain findings and recommend repair or replacement options
• document customer information and collect payment when applicable
• coordinate with dispatch
• maintain a stocked and organized service van
• follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• work rotating on-call shifts as needed.
