What you'll do

• Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians
• oversee maintenance, repairs, grounds, and building operations across multiple sites
• develop preventive maintenance and capital improvement plans
• manage construction and renovation projects
• evaluate bids and manage vendor contracts
• develop and manage budgets
• oversee inspections and compliance
• establish maintenance, safety, security, emergency preparedness, and fleet policies
• track work orders, safety, and budget performance
• coordinate fleet needs
• participate in the shared emergency on-call rotation
• co-chair the Health and Safety Committee.
