What you'll do

• Negotiate transaction terms and related documents with owners
• identify, screen, and evaluate acquisition opportunities
• oversee proposals, negotiations, and purchase processes
• develop diligence and integration plans
• coordinate cross-functional diligence and track findings, risks, and mitigation actions
• present updates to senior leadership
• coordinate financial analysis and site-selection considerations
• conduct market research
• prepare executive presentations and recommendations
• represent Fielmann USA with external partners, owners, and investors
• coordinate due diligence and integration projects.
