What you'll do

• Lead institute strategy and annual goal planning
• develop and manage the departmental budget
• coordinate research priorities and the Research Advisory Council
• oversee the annual Research Symposium and commissioned research
• build external partnerships
• manage and develop staff
• oversee quality management, ISO certification, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction initiatives
• evaluate program activities and report findings.
