This first dedicated product management role owns the company’s website and digital products, establishing product processes and coordinating delivery across internal staff, specialists, and agency partners. It supports the end-to-end customer funnel by improving digital campaigns, booking experiences, CRM, analytics, and internal tools.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for the website, guest portal, and other digital products
• establish product lifecycle processes
• run strategy and roadmap reviews
• coordinate sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and dependencies
• manage delivery team capacity
• coordinate digital campaigns and email
• write product requirements and build-ready specifications
• own CRM and marketing analytics
• monitor conversion, funnel, feature, and campaign metrics
• coordinate across business functions
• and use AI tools to improve workflows.
