• review agent outputs and prioritize context fixes
• partner with subject-matter experts to build agents, skills, prompts, and workflows
• develop connectors, APIs, and semantic-search patterns while preserving permissions
• establish evaluation practices
• administer AI and collaboration platforms
• apply access, monitoring, security, and change-control practices
• maintain documentation and incident-response procedures.
