The Content Producer role is based near Trail Life USA’s home office in Belton, SC, with hybrid work possible by agreement. Compensation is not specified. The position supports Trail Life USA’s mission to guide young men through faith-centered mentoring, character development, and outdoor adventure. The producer provides project-management structure for the digital content team, coordinating schedules, people, and assets so content moves from idea to publication on time and in line with the organization’s mission and brand. The role partners directly with the Social Media Content Creator and coordinates with other departments.

What you'll do

• Maintain the master content calendar for video, social media, and digital campaigns from ideation through publication.
• Coordinate media requests with departments including events, church relations, and merchandise.
• Support the Content Creator by researching trends, sourcing archival footage, coordinating interviews, and gathering resources.
• Organize digital assets, review content against the mission, Statement of Faith, and brand guidelines, and track analytics to inform creative planning.
