What you'll do

• Performs respiratory care procedures in acute and critical care areas.
• Performs point of care (P.O.C.) testing, arterial punctures, blood gas analysis, and quality control (QC) on the blood gas equipment.
• Graduate from an Accredited Respiratory Program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license with the state of Texas.
• Active CRT credentials by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 120 days.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 120 days if working in NICU.
