Compensation Manager

The Compensation Manager is an onsite role in Bodega Bay, CA. Compensation is $200,000–$270,000 per year. Hadrian is building autonomous factories to help aerospace and defense companies produce mission-critical systems faster and at lower cost. The manager owns compensation strategy and builds the frameworks and tools that support pay decisions as the company expands. The role partners with People, Recruiting, Finance, business leaders, and executives on job architecture, market benchmarking, compensation cycles, offers, equity, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Own compensation strategy and philosophy across hourly production, salaried, go-to-market, and executive roles
• build job architecture, career frameworks, leveling, and skills-based pay structures
• conduct market benchmarking and modeling
• refresh compensation bands
• manage annual and off-cycle compensation planning
• partner with Recruiting on offer decisions
• advise on sales and executive compensation
• build models, dashboards, and reporting for pay equity, offer competitiveness, and retention risk
• explain compensation decisions to leaders.
