Part-Time Health and Wellness Specialist

The specialist provides individual and group wellness sessions that support clients’ physical and overall well-being. Working with clinical and program teams, the role helps tailor training plans and group classes, maintain a supportive environment, and inform wellness programming based on community needs.

What you'll do

• Provide individual sessions based on client needs and clinical appropriateness
• facilitate group sessions
• maintain timely clinical documentation and group notes
• use wellness approaches that may include yoga, meditation, and breathwork
• maintain training space and equipment
• build rapport and a safe, supportive environment
• work with a supervisor on customized training plans and group classes
• contribute to wellness program development
• facilitate weekly group activities.
