The Treasury Management Specialist role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO, with pay of $27–$32 per hour. Pinnacle Bank/Bank of Colorado’s Treasury Management team supports business clients using online banking and treasury services. The specialist helps onboard business clients, troubleshoot service issues, maintain accurate setup and compliance records, and provide customer guidance. The role also supports Treasury Management Officers with sales materials and product cross-selling while helping maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Set up business clients on online banking, ACH, wire, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention tools
• troubleshoot online banking, security token, and file transmission issues
• coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
• enter client and product setup information
• maintain onboarding and compliance records
• respond to client inquiries and provide service guidance
• assist with cross-selling, proposals, RFPs, and presentations
• and follow BSA, KYC, audit, and banking requirements.
