What you'll do

• Improve reliability and maintenance processes
• evaluate mechanical improvements
• participate in root cause failure analysis and defect elimination
• administer reliability standards, manuals, and work processes
• own reliability training materials
• lead site reliability assessments and maintenance strategy sessions
• support CMMS improvements and supplier and contractor evaluations.
