What you'll do

• Oversee food preparation, production, recipes, presentation, and portioning
• lead menu rollouts and food execution for events
• maintain cleanliness and health and safety compliance
• manage inventory, supplier orders, and food costs
• hire, onboard, train, schedule, and coach back-of-house staff
• monitor timekeeping and staffing coverage.
