The Manager in Training role is onsite in Abilene, TX; compensation is not specified. The position prepares trainees for future store management placement at RNR Tire Express. By rotating through Sales, Accounts, and Shop and learning each department’s processes, the trainee builds the operational and sales knowledge needed to support store performance and prepare for management responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Cross-train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop
• shadow sales and account directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales
• learn department policies and processes, file completion and protection-claim tracking, ordering and operations procedures, Friday morning meetings, corporate forms, and monthly profit-and-loss statements. Learn sales-driving activities including outbound lead calls, flyer marketing, goal setting, and tracking.
