What you'll do

• Participate as a senior decision-maker on the Executive Steering Council
• coordinate with Quality and Patient Safety, the Medical Staff Office, and Care Transitions
• develop physician-led engagement strategies
• support medical staff leadership and committee work
• contribute to community boards and charitable organizations
• lead transformation, quality improvement, and implementation initiatives. Requirements include at least ten years of active clinical practice, five years of medical leadership experience, and eligibility for Ohio licensure.
