The role contributes through account strategy, sales operations, cross-functional planning, and leadership of sales representatives, brand ambassadors, and junior team members.

What you'll do

• Manage key wholesale accounts and retail partner relationships
• drive direct sales to small and boutique accounts and expand domestic and international presence
• build retailer launch, marketing, education, promotional, and sell-through plans
• coordinate with marketing, creative, digital, product development, retail, merchandising, and financial planning teams
• analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance
• support order management and sales operations
• lead and mentor team members and supervise field sales representatives and brand ambassadors.
