What you'll do

• Build relationships with customers and service personnel
• answer parts inquiries by phone and in person
• distribute parts to service technicians
• accept and return warranty parts and cores
• identify related parts needed for repairs
• communicate stocking status
• prepare purchase orders for parts and outside sublet work
• support special and emergency purchases
• maintain parts locations and bins
• pull and stock inventory
• receive payments and cash out customers
• maintain training and certification
• report issues to the department manager.
