What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for crane service customers
• open, maintain, and close work orders, estimates, and documentation
• coordinate scheduling, technicians, parts, outside services, and customer requirements
• provide job updates
• review technician notes, time entries, reports, charges, and approvals before invoicing
• track work orders, estimates, inspections, warranty claims, and billing
• identify preventive maintenance and repair opportunities
• coordinate with internal teams, manufacturers, and vendors
• promote safe work practices.
