Quality Inspector, In-Process and Final Inspection

The Quality Inspector, In-Process and Final Inspection role is onsite in Torrance, CA. The listed pay range is $25–$35 per hour, DOE. The position supports Stellant Systems’ manufacturing and quality operations by inspecting electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical assemblies.

What you'll do

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections
• evaluate solder joints and mechanical features
• verify components and assemblies against specifications
• use precision measuring tools
• review manufacturing documentation and maintain traceability
• record inspection results
• identify and document nonconformances
• create reports and segregate discrepant material
• verify special processes and inspection hold points
• maintain accurate electronic records and an organized inspection area.
